After the ride through the Ocala National Forest, I stopped at Mt. Dora Brewing.

I talked to the owner Jeff Herbst for a little while about the brewery and how he trying to expand in order to meet demand for his handcrafted organic beer.

The brewery has a decent food menu as well.
